We look forward to helping the company drive its next stage of growth as consumers and businesses increasingly shift to more energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions.
Hello Sunshine
Hello Sunshine is a mission-driven content and media business founded by Reese Witherspoon. The company seeks to change the narrative for women by providing original content that places women at the forefront. Hello Sunshine joined Blackstone through Candle Media, a Blackstone-backed next-generation media company led by Kevin Mayer and Tom Staggs.
Legence
Legence works with mission-critical and high performance facilities — healthcare, schools, data centers, biopharma, high tech manufacturing, commercial real estate, and government buildings — to reduce carbon emissions, implement renewables, lower utility costs through increased efficiency, enhance system operation and improve the wellbeing of occupants, all towards building a stronger company.
TDI
Transmission Developers Inc. (TDI) is a developer of clean energy transmission projects including the Champlain Hudson Power Express (CPHE), an underground transmission line that will bring hydropower from Quebec to New York City. CHPE is expected to create enough energy to power over one million homes, supporting New York State’s clean energy transition.
Bumble
Bumble owns and operates several leading dating and social networking apps, including its namesake platform, Bumble, and Badoo. Founded by CEO Whitney Wolfe Herd, Bumble is a pioneer in female-friendly online dating where women make the first move. In partnership with the company, we have leveraged Blackstone’s scale and deep bench of operational resources to help fuel Bumble’s continued growth.
Ancestry
Ancestry provides digital family history services to more than 3.6 million subscribers in over 30 countries. Ancestry’s large user network, unique content and scaled technology platform have turned it into an industry leader. We look forward to investing in new product development and resources to help Ancestry’s customers learn more about their family histories and themselves.
